Boulevard Burger & Brew will take over the long-shuttered Kelly’s restaurant, which was a fast food establishment in the 1950s and ’60s.
The building used to be home to a fast food joint known as Kelly’s and was the inspiration for The Honker Burger in the 1990s cartoon ‘Doug.’
