Doug Conner
- Education: John Marshall High School, John Tyler Community College (Accounting)
- Richmond Residency: Moved with his family to the city at the age of 14 and, except for time spent in military service, has lived in the Richmond area ever since.
- Current Job: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Conner Brothers Collision Centers.
- Previous Experience: No prior experience before election to the City council. First elected to Richmond City Council in 2006 and was re-elected to Council in 2008. First bid for City Council in 2004 which failed.
- Favorite Restaurant: Bone Fish Grille

City Council: Water, water, everywhere
There was a pre-game show tonight. Scott Burger and Sierra Club supporters showed up early to protest Richmond’s water rates outside of City Hall. Other than that, business as usual.
