1st District School Board
Largely encompassing the city's West End, the 1st District sits between the James River and Broad Street. Stretching just beyond Carytown, this district is considered a bridge between the city and the suburbs of Henrico County. A slight panhandle in its boundaries also includes most of the Fan District.
