Tuesday: “Fondue-raiser” to benefit Relay for Life of Western Henrico

Join the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life of Western Henrico at their wrap-up event, a “Fondue-raiser” at The Melting Pot restaurant in the Gayton Crossing shopping center.

Enjoy endless cheese and chocolate fondue for just $20 per person and celebrate the success of this year’s Relay for Life event, which took place just a week and a half ago. Things get underway at 6:00. For more information, check out the Facebook event page.

Thursday: Ron Moody & The Centaurs live at Short Pump Town Center

Grab a couple chairs or blanket and head over to Short Pump Town Center on Thursday for a live concert from local favorite Ron Moody & The Centaurs. This free family-friendly event kicks off in the Main Plaza at 6:00.

Thursday: Network and socialize at the Loving Collective Summer Bash

On Thursday, members of local networking group The Loving Collective are shaking things up for a networking event and social to celebrate local Richmond businesses and encourage new customers to shop locally.

With just under 300 people already registered to attend, you’re sure to not only get some great networking in, but also meet and greet with great local business leaders from right here in Short Pump.

Hosted at the Comfort Suites in Innsbrook at 5:30 p.m., attendees will enjoy Hawaiian barbecue, hot dogs with all the fixin’s and more. Live music from the J. Smith Jazz Trio will top off the night.

RSVPs are now closed, but tickets are available at the door for just $15. More details are available on The Loving Collective website.

Friday: Live, local improv from West End Comedy

Round up the family and head to the HATTheatre on Friday at 7:30 for an all-ages improv comedy show from West End Comedy. With a whacky and entertaining format similar to “Whose Line is It Anyway” featuring suggestions from the audience, it’s a great time.
