What type of tree is this?

Found this tree in the parking lot at the 43rd Street tower in the Main Area of the James River Park.  What type of tree do you think this is?

I don’t think it is a Korean or Chinese Dogwood, but that is my best guess so far. It has berries that look like raspberries all over the tree right now, which is not something I’ve paid much attention to before.

Any guesses?

Tree is located in the parking lot at 43rd Street of the Main Area on Riverside Drive
