Less than 24 hours after a man was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Short Pump Walmart, the same thief struck again early Tuesday morning. Around 3:00 a.m., the same man who was caught on surveillance tape entering the store was shown walking in again, this time with a woman. The suspect was even wearing the same clothes as the night before.

Henrico Police say he held up a Walmart employee who was picking up shopping carts in the parking lot. The suspect is described as a white male, 25-35 years of age, 5′11″, 150 pounds, thin build, short brown hair, receding hair line, goatee, and thin face. He was wearing a sky blue short sleeve t-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes. He was last seen driving a red Ford F-250 pickup truck.

Henrico Police plan additional patrols around the shopping center and a Walmart spokesperson says shoppers can ask for an escort by a manager if they feel uncomfortable shopping at the store after hours. If you have any information that could help police identify this suspect, please contact Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
