Child Death Investigation

The Richmond Police Department is continuing its investigation into the death of 2-year-old D’Sean Williams. Police began this death investigation on May 30 after responding to a medical emergency call in the 1900 block of Newman Road.

This investigation is ongoing. The cause and manner of death will be determined by Medical Examiner’s Office.

The Richmond Police Department is in consultation with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office regarding any charges.
