The Museum of the Confederacy and the Byrd Theatre Foundation proudly announce their 2nd annual Civil War Cinema event. This unique event will take place on Saturday November 21st from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Byrd Theatre. This fundraiser includes a Champagne & Chocolate reception at 1:00 p.m., a presentation by author and UVA professor Dr. Gary Gallagher at 2:00 p.m. and the showing of a Jimmy Stewart classic, Shenandoah at
3:00 p.m.
You can purchase tickets in advanced at the Museum, online at www.moc.org and at the Plan 9 located in Carytown. Tickets are $15 or $10 with a valid student id. All proceeds from this fundraiser will benefit both the Museum of the Confederacy & the Byrd Theatre Foundation.
