In what may be his lasting legacy, Bruce Tyler’s ordinance proposing an all-way stop at North Nansemond Street and Kensington (ongoing since at least December 2012) goes before council again on Monday (PDF):
Ord. No. 2012-212 (Patron: Mr. Tyler) – To erect all-way stop signs and all-way flashing red lights at the intersection of North Nansemond Street and Kensington Avenue to replace the existing traffic regulations at that intersection.
