An official press release came down from Richmond Police at 10:49 p.m., saying that with the assistance of Hanover County deputies, Richmond Police detectives have charged James V. Banks and Joshua L. Bryan, both 19, with robbery and use of a firearm during the commission of a robbery for the Oct. 8 armed robbery in the 500 block of East Grace Street. […] Detectives are still investigating the other robberies that occurred in the area near VCU last night and additional charges are pending.
