I was recently appointed by Chris Hilbert to represent the 3rd district on the Clean Cities Commission. Can you help me contact community leaders, interest groups and civic associations to have conversations about litter, dumping and stuff like that? I live in Battery Park and we have a huge litter problem. I need to know what interests other communities in the 3rd district may have. Thanks!
