Every 2nd and 4th Mon – Responsible for deciding official Council action, which includes discussing, adopting, rejecting, and amending laws and approving the budget. Formal meetings include a time for pubic comment and are televised live on the local PBS station and are replayed in Richmond on Government Access Channel 17, beginning at Noon and 7:00 p.m. daily.

Rocketts Landing Run to the River 5K/10K

The Rocketts Landing Run to the River is a challenging 10K run presented by Rocketts Landing. Runners will tackle three hills as they dash over cobblestone streets, through historic neighborhoods, and along the banks of the James River. Others will explore Richmond’s scenic East End on the 5K family walk or dash in the 1K Fun Run.
