The Viceroy’s main claim to fame is chef Ryan Baldwin, who debuts in the Devil’s Triangle after stints at Tastebuds in Northside and more recently, Short Pump’s accanto. Several of the dishes from the latter, including the RC Cola Braised Short Ribs I raved about in my review, make appearances here.
