Attention all parents of Petersburg City Public Schools students:
Has your rising sixth grader received the TDAP vaccination?
Students will not be allowed to enter Middle School in September without this booster shot!
This vaccination is required by state law for all sixth grade students, before they can attend classes. The Petersburg Health Department has given the Petersburg City Public Schools two days to run two concurrent clinics at the elementary schools. They will be at R. E. Lee and Walnut Hill on Wednesday, May 6; and at A. P. Hill and Stuart on Thursday, May 7, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on each day.
These are the only dates that this vaccination will be offered in the PCPS for the upcoming school year. Do not miss your chance.
