Henrico County Public Schools announced on Thursday that a Deep Run High School student has been diagnosed with H1N1, more commonly known as Swine Flu. Schools in other parts of the county were also affected. The Deep Run case comes on the heels of a recent one at nearby Short Pump Middle School.

School officials sent home letters with students to inform parents of the latest cases on Thursday and said they’re taking extra care to thoroughly sanitize school facilities for the final day of classes on Friday.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports that the Henrico Health District has seen six cases of H1N1 to date.
