Two young adults and one juvenile have been arrested, suspected of breaking into vehicles and stealing credit cards in the Wyndham community, then using those cards to make purchases around the Far West End. 21-year-old Kevin Boykin and 19-year-old Wynton Elrod are suspects in the case. Police are withholding the name of the third individual because of his age.

Boykin faces charges of breaking into vehicles, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, credit card theft, credit card forgery and credit card fraud.

Wynton is facing charges of breaking into vehicles, possession of stolen property, credit card theft, conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.

Over the past several months, Wyndham Neighborhood Watch sent out notices of increased vehicle break-ins, and most recently received a call for service after individuals were seen looking into cars in the Bradford Landing subdivision of Wyndham on November 23. A break-in was later reported the same day in nearby Millstone.

Using transaction records and store security footage, it was determined that the suspects used some of the stolen credit cards at a Short Pump department store following the break-ins.
