Description:   This is a very popular long-distance excursion on the award-winning trails of James River Park. Be prepared for a moderate to strenuous hike of nine miles with beautiful scenery, wildlife and engaging history. Must be able to hop rocks and climb ladders! Sponsors: Friends of James River Park, Chesterfield County Environmental Engineering, Richmond Parks and Recreation.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED. PLEASE CALL 748-1920 BY AUGUST 12, 5PM. Fee: $8.00

The hike starts and finishes at the Belle Isle Parking lot – on Tredegar Street. Start time is 10 a.m., and ends at approximately 2 p.m.
