Start a Band in the Neighborhood?

From Randolph and Byrd Park Craigslist posts, enough used musical instruments can be purchased to form a full band: Bass guitar. Electronic drums. Acoustic/electric guitar. But, be sure to mind the City’s new noise ordinance and dancing prohibition. There’s no AC in the city jail.
