The James River Association will hold the first annual James River Splash and Dash and the fourth annual Run-Off Run-Down on Saturday, July 9. The event t-shirts will feature the above logo on the back and look great. 

The Splash and Dash is a competitive trail run and tube race on Belle Isle.  Participants of all ages will complete a two mile trail run on Belle Isle followed by a 1/3 mile flatwater tube paddle across the James. Tubes will be provided by JRA and prizes will be awarded for various categories. An after party at the American Civil War Center at Historic Tredegar will include food, beer, a band, and more.

This event is part of the James River Run-off Run-Down. They are looking for more participants for both events, so sign up now! Visit www.jrsplashanddash.org for more information.
