The Association for the Support of Children with Cancer (ASK) is holding its 4th annual Fun Walk & 5K at Short Pump Town Center this coming Saturday morning. The organization raises money for programs that benefit childhood cancer patients and their families in the Richmond area. Registration can be done on the event website.

Same-day registration is also offered and begins at 7:00 a.m. at the mall’s main entrance, near Crate & Barrel. The 5K run and walk kick off at 8:30 a.m., followed by a family festival at 9:00 a.m. that will run through noon. All festivities are rain or shine.
