[…] there were some changes within the Police Department and at the Precinct, Captain Johnson was promoted to Major and Captain Sybil El-Amin was transferred to become the new Commander of First Precinct. I was also reassigned to the Executive Officers position within the Precinct and Lieutenant Cynthia Riley will now be over seeing Sector 111.
