Is it too early to declare a Restaurant of the Year for 2014? I’m serious.

Even though we’re only two days in, Postbellum, which opened in the former home of Mulligan’s Bar and Grill in the Fan District in October, has quickly established itself as a restaurant to be reckoned with as the new year of dining begins to shape up.
