Richmond Public Schools officials will hold a public meeting on October 4 6:30PM at Chimborazo Elementary (3000 East Marshall Street) to receive community input on the district’s school rezoning process. Officials stress that “the rezoning process is part of the district’s recently adopted 2010-2012 Strategic Plan and will result in better utilized facilities, increased parental involvement, more neighborhood schools and a more coordinated feeder system from elementary to middle and from middle to high school.”
