Richmond Police Department Today’s Good News: After a recent robbery on Westover Hills Boulevard, Third Precinct Officers Jasmine Rodriguez and Kelly Morley quickly responded and gathered information. They found and arrested the robber nearby and, with the assistance of Detective Patrick Ripley, were able to gain a full confession.
