First City Council considers building four new roundabouts:
- Belt Boulevard and Hull Street Road
- Forrest Hill Avenue and Roanoke Street
- 25th Street and Fairmount Avenue
- 23rd Street and Fairfield Avenue
Second, the City Council Land Use, Housing, and Transportation Committee voted 2 – 1 (Hilbert, Samuels in favor, Conner against) in favor of abandoning the proposed roundabout at Hermitage and Laburnum.
