The RTD has a long look at what might be coming for City Stadium, with or without the Redskins:
Richmond is exploring the development of a sports-entertainment complex at City Stadium, but not necessarily to accommodate an NFL training camp that the Washington Redskins will begin holding in the city next summer.
Instead, the city is looking at using the 16.5-acre City Stadium site to possibly replace the Arthur Ashe Center and Sports Backers Stadium.
