This is from awhile back, but Red House II on Azalea was recently inspected (May 13th) and came away with 5 critical violations — all were corrected at the time of inspection.
- Raw foods of animal origin stored over ready-to-eat (RTE) food in the refrigeration unit.
- Unwrapped or uncovered food in the lowboy and walk in.
- The following utensils were observed soiled to sight and touch: butcher knives.
- An employee was observed washing and rinsing, but NOT sanitizing a pan that was previously used to hold raw shrimp.
- The prepared ready-to-eat (RTE) shrimp, rib tips, eggrolls in the refrigeration unit is not properly dated for disposition.
- Working containers of degreaser and all purpose cleaner are not properly labeled.
