The City of Richmond and RRHA are analyzing the potential for a Redevelopment and Conservation Area that would extend from 26th Street and Nine Mile Road to Creighton Road and Nine Mile Road, to address the blight and deterioration in the Nine Mile Road commercial corridor and some of the blocks adjacent. On Thursday, January 20, 2011, at 6PM, the first meeting will be held to review a proposed plan. Residents, civic associations, and all property owners are invited to give your thoughts, views, and feedback on the proposed 25th Street/Nine Mile Road Redevelopment and Conservation Plan.
