Capt. Paul Kiniry said officers were sent to an apartment in the 2700 block of West Grace Street, just east of the Boulevard, when a resident called at 3:27 a.m. to say several heavily armed people had just broken into his apartment. […]
An officer spotted a vehicle matching that description at a McDonald’s on West Broad Street, one block north of the apartment, at 3:31, and police surrounded the vehicle and arrested the occupants.
