Richmond hired Dr. Norman Merrifield as Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities in April of this year, but few citizens have had a chance to interact with him. Do you have any questions?

Do you have a question for the City of Richmond’s new Director of Parks, Recreation & Community Facilities? We certainly do. In fact, we look forward to welcoming Dr. Norman Merrifield at one of our world famous board meetings this fall. If you’ve got a question for him regarding the James River Park System, please email friends@jamesriverpark.org and we’ll pass it along. Based on your responses, we’ll take the top questions received by October 31 and publish the findings in the next e-newsletter following the meeting.
