Well, the rumors are official. Chef Andy Howell, of Avenue 805 and more recently Cafe Rustica fame, is leaving to head across the river to Manchester. With the long awaited opening of Parkside Restaurant on Forest Hill Avenue, us Southsiders are happy to have more dining options on our side of town.
