Police seeking bicyclist in Washington Park shooting
They tell us around 12:45 a.m. Sunday the victim had an argument with the suspect in the 700 block of Rex Avenue. That man left, but returned a short time later riding a bicycle and shot the victim multiple times in the upper body.
