Richmond Police need the public’s help to identify the woman who robbed the Wachovia Bank at 3508 West Cary Street on Firday afternoon.
At approximately 4 p.m. today, a woman walked into the bank and passed the teller a note demanding money. She did not display a weapon, and left the scene on foot.
The robber is described as a black female, about 25 to 30 years of age, approximately 5’1” and weighing about 200 pounds. She was last seen wearing a light green shirt and carrying a large red purse.
Anyone with any information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
