Police Seek Wanted Suspect, Kevin B. Ragsdale

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Police are looking for Kevin Bernard Ragsdale, 21, of 14607 Creekglen Way. Ragsdale is wanted in connection with a drug-related shooting that hospitalized one man. The incident occurred on May 18 in the 2700 block of Colgrave Road. Ragsdale is a black male, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Two other men have been arrested in connection with this incident. Arrested were: Andre C. Russell, 28, of the 1700 block of Theresa Lane in Powhatan and Erik A. Farmer Jr., 18, of the 100 block of Southwick Boulevard. Russell is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit aggravated malicious wounding and accessory before the fact. Farmer is charged with attempted robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. Both men are being held without bond in the Chesterfield County Jail pending upcoming hearings in Chesterfield County General District Court. Anyone with information about Kevin B.
