The RTD is reporting:
Police apprehended an unidentified male last night at the edge of Bryan Park in Richmond’s North Side after they got a tip that he might be headed there with an explosive device.
Authorities located the person shortly before 9 p.m. after a search involving roughly two dozen officers from three police agencies, at least two police dogs and an airplane, said Richmond police Capt. Harvey Powers.
Police have not found explosives in the park.
