Police Investigate Officer-involved Shooting
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – Chesterfield County Police responded to 11101 Lucks Lane for an aggravated domestic-related call at 9:23 p.m. on April 25. When the first two officers arrived, they were attacked and assaulted by Robert Hansen Jr., 31. During this assault, one shot was fired by police striking Hansen, who died at the scene. Police continue their investigation into this incident. Both officers have been placed on administrative duties pending the outcome of the investigation.
