A man faces multiple charges after he led police on a 22-minute pursuit that spanned both sides of the James River in Richmond on Monday night and ended with his arrest by a police dog. […] The only property damage occurred when the man abandoned his car in the 1200 block of Nelson Street in the Fulton neighborhood of the city’s East End and tried to run from police officers and a canine unit. Police said the man never put his car in park, and it rolled into two Richmond police cruisers, causing minor damage.
