Councilman Agelasto is reporting that a Special Use Permit application has been submitted for renovations to a historic mule barn in the alley between the 2100 block of West Main and West Cary Streets, and South Rowland and South Shields Street.
The proposal includes 2 apartments in the oldest structure with parking spaces and garages for the remainder of the site. Having been submitted, the SUP will next be introduced and likely go before Planning Commission and then City Council in October.
