Hundreds of people came out this past Sunday for the first annual Arts The Arts Festival in West Broad Village, a collaborative effort of the Children’s Museum of Richmond’s Short Pump branch and the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen.
Local artists provided demonstrations, arts, crafts and music for the entire family.
