As well the other day I was over there and a mattress was in the walkway between me and the property that backs up to Monument […] and a male was asleep or drunk on the mattress. I called the police and waited for them to respond. All he did was take his foot and push the guy , wake him up and ask him to leave. This is a constant problem.
