Parks Combo — you may be familiar with their building on Chamberlayne — is expanding to Barton Avenue at Brookland Park Avenue. Thanks to Blake for sending us the tip.
Stopped and talked to the guys working on this place – it’s going to be parks combo 2 (the first one is on chamberlayn ave) on Barton ave and Brooklyn park ave. It’s right across the street from the market that got robbed at gunpoint. Good to see something going in there – it’s been abandoned for at least a year if not longer.
