A local business owner sent in an anonymous letter and map which is being distributed to cars parked in the area of the Belmont/Floyd intersection:
My employees are getting harassed by fan residents about parking, even though they are parking in unrestricted parking zones (according to the nice little hand drawn map left on their vehicles this morning). Is anyone else in the Carytown and Belmont area experiencing this?
