The City’s parking enforcement vendor will conduct on-street training of their employees on Monday, February 20, 2012. In accordance with normal holiday procedures, vehicles at parking meters will not be ticketed on Monday. This is a training exercise only.
The City does wants the public to be mindful that citations still can be issued in prohibited zones, such as bus stops, cross walks or in front of handicap ramps. Those zones remain prohibited zones even on holidays.
