[Fulton’s Neighborhood Resource Center] is now offering a junior artists program on Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:30pm for youth ages 10+. The class will focus on drawing and painting from canvas preparation to a final exhibition and everything in between! The class is starting now and ends in May. Our first project will be 2’x2’ self portrait! Please contact Penny Ferris at the NRC (804-864-5797) if you are interested in registering. $5-$10 suggested donation ALL supplies included.
