Historic Richmond Foundation reports that 213 – 215 E grace Street (c. 1880s – Second Empire) has been purchased by E. Grace Street Properties LLC. These properties were formerly owned by Bayou Properties/ Oliver Lawrence. They have sat empty since a fire nearly took down the whole block back in 2007.
