Richmond police said Capt. Michael Zohab, the department’s ranking officer on duty on Tuesday’s overnight operation and the shift’s supervisor, was on patrol in the 1400 block of Belleville Street at 12:25 a.m. Wednesday when he saw two young people spray-painting buildings.
Dayne B. Heit, 25, of the first block of North Nansemond Street and Michaela D. Lewis, 19, of the 900 block of West Franklin Street are free on $1,000 bond each after their arrests Wednesday.
