Our upcoming MPACT Meeting will focus on the cleanup efforts and aftermath of Hurricane Irene. Directors from both the Department of Public Works and the Department of Public Utilities will be present to address your questions and concerns.
DPU needs your assistance in helping them to locate and identify any remaining downed or non-operating lights. Please email DPU Customer Service at dpucustserv@richmondgov.com and place “Street Light Out” in the subject of the email. If you know of any residents who are without computer access, please ask them to call 646-7000 or 3-1-1 to report it. When reporting, please be as specific as possible in your locations. (i.e.: light on the pole on the right side of 123 East Broad St, or 3 lights in the alley behind 4567-4569 Monument Ave.)
Our originally scheduled guest speaker, HOME, will be at our next meeting in October. Please take note of our new meeting location and please be sure to arrive on time because we want to address as many concerns as possible and we must leave the large conference room at 6:59PM due to a previously scheduled meeting.
