The first meeting of the Mayor’s recently launched the Mayor’s Participation and Communication Team (MPACT), built around the police precincts and sectors and which aims to serve as a partnership between the city, residents and business leaders, will be held on Monday, February 28, 2011, 6PM at Chimborazo Elementary School, 3000 East Marshall Street.
