Mimi’s Cafe opened their location at West Broad Village earlier this week. The chain, a subsidiary of the Bob Evans Restaurants, Inc., is based in Tustin, California and known for their delightfully funky restaurants, reminiscent of a European bungalow with New Orleans flair. Mimi’s Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and located just in front of the new Dave & Buster’s.
Mimi’s boasts a large, eclectic menu featuring everything from soups and salads to pizza, pasta and “southern comfort” staples such as country-fried steak. The company operates four locations in Virginia. The Short Pump restaurant is the first in the Richmond area and features valet parking and a full bar. Customers can currently receive a free breakfast for signing up for Mimi’s E-Club.
