Crime Stoppers needs your help to identify and locate the man police say assaulted and robbed a woman in Richmond. The man is a suspect in the assault and robbery of a female on Oct. 6 in the 2100 block of Floyd Avenue, in Richmond’s Fan District. The robber is described as a black male, age 28 to 30, about 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds to 170 pounds.
